- Each brownie is carefully packaged in a cellophane wrap to improve freshness of my deliciously moist fudgy brownies. I would advise these are consumed close to the delivery date for the best eating experience 😊
- Withing the box biodegradable noodle packaging is used to support secure transport and to keep your beautify brownies snug and secure.
- The ‘message cards’ are placed inside of the box so can be seen on opening the box to add that ‘personal touch’ to your item
- Allergen advice are included on the back of the message card
- Boxes are placed in plastic sleeve to protect in transit and your postage label is securely added.
- I add a ‘fragile handle with care’ sticker to optimise safe, damage free transportation (after all no one wants a ‘broken brownie’ even though they will still taste amazing!
- Please note items are baked fresh Monday to Friday, all orders will be dispatched 2-3 days maximum following your order.
- Postage to UK mainland only.
- When sending as a gift, please use the recipients address on ordering.
- Items are sent via tracked postage via either Royal Mail or Everi and sent on 24 hour delivery service. Postal orders will be securely packed to minimise risk of damage, a fragile handle with care label is applied to each postal item sent to reduce damage risk while in transit.
- If you received a damaged item please email info@philscraftycakes.com to discuss issues and I will do my very best to have this looked into. Phil's Crafty Cakes can not be held responsible for any untoward damage once the item is delivered/collected by currier.
- If you are dissatisfied at all with the baked goods or service I kindly ask you to contact me via email to discuss concerns, I work really hard to provide high level customer service and take pride in my work, I want you to have a stress free experience and as such, I will do my upmost to answer any concerns and address these accordingly.
- In the event of adverse weather or postal strikes this may delay yor item getting to you/the recipient on time, please note this will be out with my control but I will try to work with the constraints / postal service to get items dispatched.
